AMSA Listserves

These electronic mailing lists were created by AMSA to provide a means of student communication for physicians-in-training. Outside groups and/or individuals are restricted from using these lists, for personal or professional purposes.

Please note, while these lists are a service of the American Medical Student Association®, AMSA does not accept responsibility for opinions and information posted by list members. In addition, these are not moderated lists, so please be responsible when posting. The following guidelines have been put in place to prevent inappropriate conduct. All posts must be made in accordance to these guidelines. Should any member violate these guidelines, AMSA reserves the right to remove them from the list(s).

No users should:

• post any slanderous, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful content or content which is racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
  
  
• post or transmit sexually explicit images or other offensive content.
  
  
• post unsolicited advertisements for any given product or service, although student reviews and recommendations are acceptable.
  
  
• impersonate any person or a name that you are not entitled or authorized to use.
  
  
• intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to posting of copyrighted materials (for news articles or other copyrighted information that is on the web, please post links to the information).

All listserve members are responsible for discerning materials that can be advertised in TNP. Any messages that are questionable should be sent to the list administrator who will have the final say as to whether the message is appropriate for the listserve. The administrator can forward the message to the listserve or forward to the TNP Advertising Coordinator as a possible ad revenue source.

UNSUBCRIBING
At the bottom of each listserve message are instructions on how to unsubscribe. Please DO NOT write to the listserve itself to get off the mailing list. If you have any questions, contact AMSA's Webmaster at webmaster@amsa.org.
